What You Need To Know Before Booking:
Before booking, here are the basics of how our service works:

Pickup Window – Pickups are completed 9am–6pm on your chosen date.

Items Included – Each pickup includes up to 5 items and 1 drop-off location. Extra items are $3 each, extra stops are $12 each.

Add-Ons – Need us to package an item? +$4. Need a label printed? +$2. Handle it all? +$5.

QR Codes/Labels – You must provide working QR codes or labels. Refund Runner isn’t responsible for errors from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other retailers.

Undeliverable Packages – If a code doesn’t work, we’ll try to contact you in-store and continue trying for 24 hours. If we can’t reach you, your package will be returned ($10 fee applies, payable by Zelle). Packages not claimed within 7 days will be donated to charity.

Payments & Cancellations – Payment is due before pickup and is non-refundable. Pickups may be rescheduled one time if needed within 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
