Book Your Return Pickup

Choose your pickup date, add any extras, and upload your QR codes/labels. We’ll confirm by text/email and send payment instructions

via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

What You Need To Know:

Before booking, here are the basics of how our service works:

  1. Pickup Window – Standard pickups are completed 9am–5pm on your chosen date. Rush/Priority (+$10) guarantees same-day pickup if booked before 12pm.

  2. Items Included – Each pickup includes up to 5 items and 1 drop-off location. Extra items are $3 each, extra stops are $12 each.

  3. Add-Ons – Need us to package an item? +$5. Need a label printed? +$3.

  4. QR Codes/Labels – You must provide working QR codes or labels. Refund Runner isn’t responsible for errors from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other retailers.

  5. Undeliverable Packages – If a code doesn’t work, we’ll try to contact you in-store and continue trying for 24 hours. If we can’t reach you, your package will be returned ($10 fee applies, payable by Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal). Packages not claimed within 7 days will be donated to charity.

  6. Payments & Cancellations – Payment is due before pickup and is non-refundable. Pickups may be rescheduled one time if needed.
